Company description:
We are a young and vibrant company with 15 years experience in the trade. We are opening our first restaurant in Ireland as we see that there is a big demand for good local fresh food.
We curretly own a restaurant in Spain and we have been taking ideas from mediterranean cooking to implement them into out new restaurant. We want to break the barriers between formal dining and casual without compromising on our products or style of cooking.
