Carter Beauty relocated from Dun Laoghaire and opened in Blackrock in May 2009 and is owned and run by ibpa 2007 Facial Therapist of the Year and Shell Livewire Entreprenuerial Spirit award winner Marissa Carter.
In 2008 Carter Beauty was shortlisted for Beauty Salon of the Year and won the Standard of Excellence Award which recognises excellent customer service, that staff are highly trained and that the range and quality of treatments / products on offer is of a very high standard and that the interior is comfortable clean and safe.
