CNM - Care Team Leader, Carlow
Cpl Healthcare in partnership with its client is seeking to recruit a Care Team Leader to lead a care team in providing quality support and assistance services for a care centre in Carlow.
Our client offers a variety of support services to adults with physical and neurological conditions in 22 centres throughout 15 counties in Ireland. Its aim is to provide excellent services that assist people with disabilities to live the life they desire.
The Candidate:
- Candidates must be RGN qualified and registered with ABA
- Extensive Team Leader experience
- Minimum 2 years recent management experience in a physical disability services setting
- Management Course desirable
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Organised, good leadership skills and communication skills
- Must be a Team Player; flexible and adaptable to meet the business needs
- Needs to be thorough and efficient in all dealings
