Clinical Nurse Manager - Nursing Home, Galway
In partnership with its client Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Nurse Manager for a permanent role based in Galway (South).
This 50 bedded facility is tastefully furnished and well maintained by staff and service users. This home is situated in a rural town land setting; residents can enjoy lovely views of their landscaped garden and the surrounding country side. This Nursing Home is easily accessible from; Kilcolgan, Clarinbridge, Oranmore, Gort, Kinvara villages
The Candidate:
*Should be a Qualified RGN with full ABA membership
*Have a strong passion for Gerontology nursing and evidence of clinical professional development in this specialty of nursing
*Be able to demonstrate clinical competence in the care of the older adult
*You should have 2-5 years clinical experience some spent in a leadership function.
* Management and/or Gerontology qualifications desirable
*Be a Team Player; flexible and adaptable to meet the business needs
*Be helpful and friendly in nature
*Be thorough and efficient in all dealings
*Have the ability to earn trust and establish solid relationships with Service Users, Colleagues, Management, Family and Friends and members of the MDT
