Director of Nursing, South Dublin
Cpl Healthcare in partnership with it's client is seeking to recruit a Director of Nursing for it's South Dublin city Nursing Home.
This 50 bed facility provides comfortable, secure and high quality nursing care in a friendly and caring atmosphere. Convenient location close to the DART.
The Candidate:
The clients are seeking a very strong candidate for this position with previous experience running a Nursing Home. Managing staff and good leadership skills are key.
Qualifications / Requirement:
• Candidates must have past experience as Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing
• Must be registered with An Bord Altranais
• 3 years post-registration experience out of the last 6 in a nursing home environment
• Must have significant management experience
• Good people skills, interpersoanl and communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations
• Knowledge of EpicCare desirable
• Computer Skills
