• Report to the Asphalt Paving Foreman and/or Asphalt Patching Foreman.
• Ensuring safety in all that we do.
• Operate pavers, rollers, skid steers, and any other equipment necessary for successful completion of job.
• Labor on the job site as needed.
• Be punctual.
• Drive various size trucks to and from the job sites.
Requirements
• 2 or more years operating asphalt paving equipment. Preferably a pavement maintenance crew.
• 2 or more years of hands on field experience in asphalt paving.
• Skilled in running all types of asphalt construction equipment.
• Strong work ethic with a desire to succeed.
• Valid driver license.
• Relatively clean motor vehicle report. (Applicants w/ a drug or alcohol driving offense in the last three years will not be considered. Other violations will be evaluated using our insurance company standards.)
