Responsibilities
Manage assigned regional key accounts, for your specific market
Provide excellence in all support of key accounts which will result in license renewals
Respond to all requests from your regional accounts in a timely and efficient manner
Provide product specialist team with lead processing support and partner quote creation
Execute new order fulfilment and onboard new subscribers
Maintain quarterly account contact to support targeted campaigns and provide subscriber care and account maintenance
Resolve invoice disputes with key accounts
Maintain SAP contract subscription records for contact, product, pricing accuracy
Reduce attrition through strategic and tactical account management
Provide licensing support where necessary
Abide by all product and subscription policies and maintain financial controls
Skills & Experience
2 to 5 years experience in a commercial account management function having revenue growth requirements ideally in a lead to cash operational model
Prior experience of licensing, renewals and/or order fulfilment in a software company would be a significant advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated professionalism in a results oriented work environment
4 year university degree is essential
Demonstrated skills and experience delivering against key performance metrics
Experience in SAP or other ERP system equivalent in CRM modules
Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word
Fluency in English AND German
