Our client has an exiting opportunity available for an experienced Unit/Facility Manager based in Auckland. The facility consists of 85 beds of Hospital/ Rest home and Dementia Unit.

The organizations mission is to create and maintain a warm and inviting home like
environment for residents, their families and staff.

The current Manager has been promoted to a more senior role and we are seeking a top rate Nurse Manager with a current practicing certificate to lead their loyal and committed team to continue achieving an excellent care for their residents.

The key attributes:

• Have Management experience in Aged Care
• Must be a NZ Registered Nurse with current APC
• Commitment to continuous quality improvement
• Ability to work with realistic budgets
• Good organization and motivation skills
• Good interpersonal skills that achieve results
