Our client requires Senior Medical Practitioners to work in a wide range of permanent positions in one of the Regional tertiary level teaching Hospitals.

These positions are based in family friendly cities with superior lifestyle and recreation opportunities, affordable housing and excellent schools. There is something for everyone there.

Currently we require Senior Medical Professionals to work in a wide range of permanent and locum position in our world class Teaching Hospital in the following fields:.

• Consultant Paediatrician - from December 2011 Developmental/community and Child protection Paediatric experience.

• Consultant Paediatrician - Fixed term position
General Paediatric and Neonatal experience

• General /Vascular Surgeon
General and Vascular surgery experience

• General Practitioner
• Emergency FAMPA or similar qualification and extensive emergency experience

• Medical Officer - Mental Health Services - Monday to Friday
Providing physical health assessment and treatment for people with
mental health and intellectual disabilities.

• Consultant Neurosurgeon
Teaching Hospital

• Consultant O&G
Permanent or locum positions


• Public Health Physician/Medical officer of Health
Provide leadership and guidance of public health matters for the DHB.
Specialist qualification in Public Health Medicine is required

To be eligible for any of these positions you must have:

Fellowship of the Australasian College or recognized equivalent qualification suitable for obtaining Vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.

Remuneration is negotiable upon experience. In addition you will be provided with continued medical education and relocation assistance.
