SQL Developer / Data Analyst
My South Dublin based client who are growing extremely quickly within the marketing space are currently looking for a SQL Database developer / data analyst to start immediately. My client has a huge amount of data that will be sold and shared and as such they need an expert to look in to the huge database and retrieve relevant data.
This is a hybrid role and you will get the opportunity to look in to web design and development.
Here is what the role entails:
* Manage Database accounts, scheduled tasks, backups etc
* Design, create and run database reports
* Development and maintenance of in-house software
* Reporting and analysis of member and user data
* Design new database objects (tables, views, stored procedures, user defined functions etc.)
* Run and monitor database backups / recovery and conduct status reviews
* Test, schedule and send bulk e-mails via in-house and third party software
Experience and skills required:
* Excellent knowledge of data protection and best practice in data processing and management
* Proven hands on experience of supporting and developing SQL databases
* .Net/C# experience would be beneficial but not essential
Excellent SQL is key here!
