5* Luxury Hotel in Wexford, Ireland is seeking to employ an experienced Chef de Partie for the Gourmet Restaurant from February 2012.

The successful candidate will:-

- have completed a Chef's Apprenticeship;

- have experience in 5 Star Luxury Hotels or quality Restaurants;

- have fine dining experience;

- be a good team-player;

- will be very creative, fleixble and a good team-player;
