A 4* Luxury hotel in Galway, Ireland is seeking to employ an experienced Sous Chef.
Salary €32k
REQUIREMENTS:-
- completed a Chef's Apprenticeship;
- experience as Sous Chef 4* Luxury Hotels - banqueting and a la carte;
- stable CV;
- good team-leader / team-player;
- very creative, fleixble and guest orientated;
