A 5 Star Luxury Hotel in London is seeking to employ an experienced Junior Sous Chef for the Pastry section of their fine dining restaurant.
The successful candidate will:
- have completed a Chef's Apprenticeship;
- have experience as Sous Chef in large luxury 5 Star Hotels;
- will be very creative and fleixble;
- will be a very good team-player / team-leader.
