5* Luxury Hotel in Scotland is seeking to employ an experienced Junior Sous Chef.
The successful candidate will:-
- have completed a Chef's Apprenticeship;
- have experience in 5 Star Luxury Hotels as Junior Sous Chef or Chef Tournant;
- have a stable CV with long-term positions;
- speak very good English;
- very creative, fleixble and a good team-leader / team/player;
