* Luxury Hotel in Scotland is seeking to employ an experienced Executive / Senior Sous Chef.
The successful candidate will:-
- have completed a Chef's Apprenticeship;
- have experience in 5 Star Luxury Hotels as Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef;
- have very good fine dining experience / background;
- speak and write very good English;
- very creative, fleixble and a good team-leader;
_ stable CV;
