Head of Customer Management and Retention
This is a Senior Leadership Role in an organisation experiencing exponential growth in the Irish market. A fabulous opportunity for a seasoned Marketing and Customer Experience professional you will be responsible for the strategy of continued growth in the Irish market and have the ability to operationally deliver the strategy effectively.
Ultimately you will be responsible for strategy, retention, operations, reporting and analysis, call centre management and customer service.
This is a key critical role and as such you need to be able to demonstrate skills and experience in database marketing, work with customer insight and research teams, solid call centre experience, KPI ownership, people management and stakeholder management.
Travel between the UK and Ireland is a requirement of the role, salary for this role reflects the responsibility and will be €110k comprehensive executive package.
