Our client, the largest express carrier, package delivery and Logistics Company in the world is seeking to recruit a Logistics General Manager for its business in Saudi Arabia. The role manages the revenue and profitability performance for the Logistics Business Unit.
You will be familiar with solution selling, have a background in Supply Chain Management and an in-depth knowledge of Express Logistics Management.

Principle Responsibilities
*Full revenue and profitability performance of the business unit
*Key contributor to the Country’s Strategic Planning Process with close collaboration with other functional groups
*Formulate and implement logistics strategy for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
*Work closely with regional and network sales groups
*Lead and enhance the selling, business solution and account management process with existing and new customers
Key competencies and experience
*University degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
*Minimum 8 years country sales management experience in service logistics, selling to large multinational accounts that require consultative and solution selling
*Proven track record in managing a sales group
*Knowledge of sales management, supply chain management and express logistics
*Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of budgeting and P&L accounts
*Good interpersonal and communication skills
*High level of commitment and drive to achieve
