An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Brand Manager to join one of Ireland’s leading drinks companies. You will be responsible for driving brand performance across a portfolio of new and established brands.
Key Areas of Responsibility
*Working closely with consumer insights you will lead the strategic process across brand planning and reviews
*You will manage all BTL on and off-trade activity in conjunction with ATL, PR and NPD initiatives
*You will develop and implement the digital strategy and be the champion for the social media plan
*Work cross functionally with the commercial and field sales teams on brand activation plans
*Manage external agencies
*Manage A&P budget, updates and forecasts
*Actively engage with trade events in the field
Key Experience and Skills
*Minimum of three years at Brand Manager level in FMCG/Alcohol
*Degree in Marketing / Business
*Track record in brand planning and activation
*Digital media experience
*Ability to lead and manage agencies
*Good commercial, sponsorship and event management experience
*Strong analytical skills
*Good interpersonal and communication skills
