Our Client are looking for an experienced User Experience Architect on a contract basis, they would like someone with a transactional background and service metric experience. They will be part of the user - experience design process which will include content and service design.
Key Job Responsibilities:
*Focus on developing the users experiences
*Prepare and deliver Workshops for users
*Identification of key flows, development of Iterative mock - ups and prototyping
*Delivering user interface specifications
Relevant expertise or experience
* Experience of end-to-end user-centered design process
* Task or screen flow generation
* Information Architecture and Wireframe design
* Designing the user / system interactions and interaction design
* Creating User Interface specifications and documentation
* Solid and proven experience of sales and conversion websites
Skills required
* Exceptional analytical skills
* Strong relationship management skills
* Proficiency in producing task flow prototypes and reasoning
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technologies
* Knowledge of UX software: Axure / Omnigraffle / Visio
Note: You do not need to be a designer or a developer and any TV, mobile and small screen experience is a plus.
