VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking for Head of Strategy for one of our clients which is a leading Bank in Qatar with the following skill set and terms and conditions.
Skill Set required:
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum Bachelors degree in Business Management; Masters highly desirable
• 10-15 years of experience in strategy implementation, 5 of which have been in banking sector.
Technical Skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of strategy development, and application of business planning mechanisms
• Demonstrated ability to undertake and/or commission and manage research projects
• Demonstrated knowledge of the issues facing organizations undergoing change.
• Understand Qatar BANK's vision and strategic direction
• Undertake research and analysis to understand implications for BANK business planning and advice managers
• Implement the business planning process and ensure strategic plan objectives are cascaded into departmental business objectives.
• Assist with the development and implement policies and processes to support business planning within BANK
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
