Our client, an established and leading private provider of hearing care solutions for adults in Ireland. They have more than 60 clinics throughout the country and provide a comprehensive home testing service. An opportunity has now arisen for a Telemarketing Executive / Office Administrator to join their team on a 9 month maternity contract.

As a Telemarketing Executive / Office Administrator, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients and selling the benefits of our client’s products.
Additionally, you will provide an efficient administration function, including diary management and dealing with the post. Your duties will also include banking, covering reception and producing mailings and reports.
To be considered for this position, you must have either telemarketing or administration experience. An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office is also key.
As a Telemarketing Executive / Office Administrator, you must have strong customer service skills coupled with an excellent telephone manner. Good organisational skills are also essential.
