A superb opportunity has arisen for a Validation Engineer to join our client, an engineering technical service provider currently servicing requirements for the SME and multinational manufacturing sector in Ireland.
As a Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, drafting and executing validation activities for customers’ processes and equipment.
You will carry out and deliver conduct validation activities in compliance with US and EU regulations, standard operating procedures and EHS requirements. Additionally, you will be tasked with planning and executing site validation programs for products, processes, equipment, software, methods, utilities, cleaning and sterilisation.
Your key duties will include:
- Developing and executing validation protocols
- Reviewing and approving documents prepared by the validation team
- Conducting training in validation methodologies and related procedures
- Initiating and implementing change control activities
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- Validation engineering experience, ideally within a medical device or pharmaceutical environment
- An excellent understanding of validation concepts and lifecycle documentation
- A degree in a relevant discipline, such as engineering, technology or science
- A good knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
